There are Missing/Defective Pieces in My Set, What Can I Do?

We sincerely apologize if you've encountered any issues with our sets. Although it's rare, we are committed to providing the best experience and want to ensure you have an enjoyable building experience. If you find any missing or defective parts, please follow these steps:

  1. Thoroughly inspect your entire set.
  2. If you confirm that pieces are missing or defective, take a photo of your unfinished model and screenshots of the missing pieces. Note down your order number.
  3. Email our support team through our contact page with all the above information, and they will expedite the replacement process.

Rest assured, we will promptly investigate the issue and provide you with the missing or defective pieces to ensure you can complete your set!

Can I Change My Shipping Info?

Yes, within the first 24 hours of placing your order, you can change your shipping information. However, please note that changes cannot be made to a different country. Additionally, if our system flags your order as a potential fraud risk, we cannot change the address.

If your order has already been dispatched by the time we respond to your email, the address cannot be changed.

When emailing us to request an address change, please provide your order number and the new address. If the address cannot be changed, your order will be shipped to the original address provided.

My Tracking Number is Not Working/Updating, What Can I Do?

If your tracking number isn't working, please note that our system may take a few days to update. In some cases, it might not update until the barcode is scanned by your local linehaul office. We recommend waiting a few days and checking back later for updated tracking details.

If the issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.

Can I Refuse Delivery of My Parcel?

We kindly ask that you do not refuse delivery.

If you change your mind about your order and would like a refund, please accept the parcel and then return it to us. Refusing delivery will result in the parcel being held by the courier for a few days before it is sent to a courier hub or distribution center, where it may be destroyed. Unfortunately, the parcel will not be returned to us, and we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund in such cases.

If you need a refund, please contact us after receiving the parcel, and we will process your request as quickly as possible.
